To whom is this privacy statement addressed?
This privacy statement applies to persons who show or have shown interest in our activities, services or products, visitors to our website, customers and prospects, suppliers.

What do we process what personal data for?
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes and legal grounds:
- in order to participate in our activities (performances, information sessions, etc.)
- sending information about our activities, e-zines and invitations
- statistical purposes
- for the promotion of our activities.
- Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw the consent given.

For the above purposes, we may request and/or process the following personal data from you:
- Personal identity data: name, first name, address,
- Private and professional contact data: phone number(s), e-mail address(es)
- Presence at activities
- Images (photos, videos, recordings, ...) collected during our activities or on assignment
- We collect personal data that you yourself communicate to us in various ways (e.g. registration forms, completion and contact forms on our website, personal/telephone/email contact, ...).
- We use the data collected only for the purposes for which we obtained the data.
 

Whether or not you provide data yourself
The data listed must be provided, if applicable, in order to participate in activities of the association or to implement collective bargaining agreements. The following data are optional at all times:
- Images (for public relations)
- Contact data for direct marketing

- Data with a statistical purpose such as function, educational degree, field of study, work restriction, origin ...
- The consequence of not providing the data is not publishing photos, not receiving unsolicited commercial emails and not including them in our databases.

Provision of personal data to third parties - processors
We may provide the data you give to us to third parties if this is necessary for carrying out the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party (external service provider) for:
- storing and processing data in the Cloud (via a Cloud Service Provider)
- taking care of the internet environment (web hosting, mail hosting, etc.);
- taking care of the (financial) administration
- taking care of (and distributing) newsletters and invitations
- taking care of communication via social media
- We never pass on personal data to external service providers (processors) with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement or where the same provisions have not been adopted in the contract terms.
- With external service providers (processors) we make the necessary agreements herein to ensure the security of your personal data.

- We share personal data with the following external parties:
- Other participants of the performances in which you participate.
- With these parties we of course make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data and that your data is treated confidentially.

- At no time will we sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- At no time do we sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We never share your contact information with third parties for commercial purposes.
- We may share personal data with other third parties if you give us your (written) permission to do so. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal.
- Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. In this case, your personal data will be protected by specific contractual obligations in accordance with the obligations of European privacy regulations.

Retention period
- GetSomeWine (CVOA OLJANA) does not retain personal data longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, taking into account the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting). However, retention periods may vary by purpose.
For our newsletters, we keep your data for as long as you have not unsubscribed. 

Data security
- We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, loss or disclosure. (...breaches, loss and unlawful processing...).

Your rights regarding your data
- You have the right to access and copy your personal data.
- You have the right to rectification and completion if your data is incorrect or incomplete.
- You have the right to erasure (deletion) of the personal data received from you that is no longer strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. However, we reserve the right to determine whether your request is justified.
- You have the right to restriction of data processing: if you object to the processing of certain data, you can ask for this processing to stop at info@getsomewine.be.
- You can also object to the way in which certain personal data are processed. For example, you have the right to oppose the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to have us transfer the data you provide to yourself or on your behalf directly to another party.

- We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.
